di seguito riporto gli elementi significativi che ho potuto raccogliere sulla moneta di figura attraverso una ricerca effettuata nel web:

Concludo osservando che, per quanto consentito da una valutazione a distanza, la moneta appare autentica.

Note:
(1) AE20. La moneta in esame č verosimilmente un bronzo battuto a Locri Epizéfiri, colonia fondata da coloni della Locride (Regione della Grecia che includeva Corinto). Riporto in tabella le caratteristiche fisiche delle monete presenti nei link di cui sopra:

Dalla tabella si evince che le caratteristiche fisiche della moneta di figura (AE, 12g, 20mm) sono comparabili con quelle dei conî d'epoca.
(2) Locri Epizéfiri (v. wikipedia)  fu l'ultima delle colonie greche fondate sul territorio dell'attuale Calabria. I coloni della Locride, giunti all'inizio del VII secolo a.C., si stabilirono inizialmente presso lo Zephyrion Acra (Capo Zefirio), oggi Capo Bruzzano, e solo piů tardi si insediarono pochi chilometri a nord della cittŕ storica conservando perň l'appellativo di Epizephyrioi, che significa appunto "attorno a Zephyrio".
(3) La tipologia monetale Atena/Pegaso riprende lo statere corinzio che non recava particolari segni distintivi ed era d'argento. Se, come credo, la moneta č di Locri Epizéfiri essa doveva recare in esergo l'etnico ΛΟΚΡΩΝ (=dei Locresi) le cui tracce il lettore sostiene di non poter osservare sulla moneta in suo possesso ma ciň potrebbe dipendere o dallo stato di usura del tondello o anche dal fatto che l'osservazione del lettore non č stata accurata. Il fatto che i coloni locresi abbiano ripreso un tipo presente nella madrepatria potrebbe verosimilmente dipendere dai rapporti commerciali che con essa aveva mantenuti.
 (4) La leggenda vuole che Bellerofonte, re di Corinto, domasse Pegaso con l'aiuto di una briglia d'oro donatogli dalla dea Atena. E' a questa leggenda che si richiamano le monete di Corinto che recano l'immagine di Pegaso.
